JOB DESCRIPTION – LISTING CONSULTANT1. Traits/skills/experience needed;
- Must have at least Matric
- Be computer literate and be able to work on Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and navigate and learn new software programs.
- Intense attention to detail is of utmost importance, as mistakes may not be made.
- Determination to complete tasks and to meet deadlines and targets.
- Excellent communicator, fully bilingual, team player, and people person.
- Be able to operate under pressure and multitask.
- Have emotional intelligence to deal with conflict and difficult clients.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
2. Tasks:
- Work in accordance with a set strategy provided by the Principal to obtain property details and owner details on Lightstone (software program).
- Obtain owner contact details via Virtual Agent (software program) and make calls in accordance with the POPI Act.
- All new clients contacted to be loaded onto PROPCON (Database)
- All interactions with clients are to be recorded on PROPCON, and a follow-up is to be done on the interaction.
- Existing clients on PROPCON to be contacted and interaction recorded on the database.
- Appointment to be made with the relevant Estate Agent for the listing of a property.
- Follow up with the Estate Agent and client until the listing is done.
- Loading of listing on PropCtrl (software program), and loading of listing and all relevant documentation on PROPCON and Servamus website.
- Weekly feedback via WhatsApp on PROPCON to all listing clients and Estate Agents.
- Daily feedback and interaction with Estate Agents.
- Immediate contact on new listings on Prop24 and setting up listing appointments.
- Follow up on competitor listings that expire, and set up listing appointments.
- Re-activate own listings that expire and obtain a written extension on sole mandates.
- Arrange and assist with the marketing of Show Houses.
- Assist with arranging for listing photographs and videos.
- Assist in WhatsApp marketing campaigns via PROPCON with guidance from the Estate Agent and Principal.
- Load all Property 24 buyer leads onto PROPCON, and record interactions obtained from the Estate Agent. Set follow-up dates where needed.
- .Ensure all PROPCON daily activities are dealt with at the end of the day by either the Estate Agent or yourself.
- Ensure the Estate agent is informed via email of any urgent and important matters from PROPCON, and feedback is received from the Estate Agent.
- Weekly feedback report to Principal
- Attending weekly Monday morning meetings and any other meetings arranged by the principal.
- Attendance of any training sessions by Servamus or service providers.
